In the Kingdom of God there are aspects of life that must be lived out differently to the world around us, often in ways that are opposite and counter-cultural. “This Must Be Stronger Than That” is our November series, inspired by the book ‘Beautiful Resistance’ by Jon Tyson.

On Sunday Dan shared a message on how remnant Christians always move beyond just acknowledging their faith, to living out a transformative faith. They are people where practice must be stronger than just belief.

She exhorted us that when culture tells us to retaliate or seek ever-so-subtle revenge, Jesus tells his followers to forgive. Perhaps one of His hardest commands to follow, Alisha explores why it’s not just the right moral choice, but the choice that unchain us from the one who wronged us.
