Each Christmas at Central Vineyard, we look outward at our city and ask a simple question: How can we show kindness and blessing right where we are?
This year, we’re inviting our whole church whānau to be part of Good Gifts — beautifully curated Christmas hampers we’re going to make for you to pass on to someone in your world who could do with a little extra aroha.
A neighbour you’ve been starting to have good convos with.
A colleague carrying more than they let on.
A school-gate dad you’ve been chatting to each week.
A friend who has been doing it tougth and needs encouragement.
Anyone the Spirit brings to mind...
Good Gifts are our way of saying: you’re seen, you’re valued, and you’re not alone.
How it works
1. Pray and consider
Take a moment to prayerfully ask: Who around me could use some Christmas goodness this year? Let a name or face come to mind.
2. Purchase a Good Gift
Each Good Gift is $50 (which you can do so below.) Purchase as many as you need for the people you’re thinking of.
3. We’ll create the hampers
In the final week before Christmas, our team will put together beautiful, high-quality hampers ready to be given with love. (If you want to help, email web@centralvineyard.org to let us know!)
Here’s what they will have in them this year (subject to change due to availability)
4. Collect on Sunday 21 December
At our final gathering of the year, your Good Gifts will be ready for collection. Take them with you and deliver them to your recipient in your own time.
