This November, we’re getting away for a whole weekend as the Central Vineyard whānau. Our Churchwide Weekend Out is a chance to step out of our usual rhythms and spend some unhurried time with God and with one another at Willow Park Christian Camp.
Theme: Pursuing Jesus, Together
We want this weekend to help us end our 2026 growing our sense of connection and family across all the ages and stages of Central Vineyard. A chance to share meals, worship together, have fun, make memories, deepen friendships and get to know people we might usually only pass by on a Sunday.
Across the weekend there’ll be times of worship and teaching, space to pray and receive ministry, and plenty of room simply to enjoy being together. There’ll be games and activities, good food, downtime to relax, and space to wander down to Eastern Beach or simply sit around and catch up. Willow Park Christian Camp is close enough in Auckland to make the weekend easy to get to, but far enough away to feel like we’ve genuinely gone somewhere together.
More than anything, we want to make room: room for Jesus, room for one another, and room for the relationships that make us a church family.
We’ve worked hard to make prices as affordable as we can, as we would love as much of Central Vineyard as possible to be there, but if financies are a limitation, please let us know as we have some sponsorship to help some places. The practical details
Accommodation
There are a range of accommodation options available across the Willow Park site, including:
shared dormitory accommodation (will be organised to be same gender, or assigned to larger families, no extra cost)
limited motel-style rooms (suitable for small families, added cost of $120 to total booking)
limited twin share rooms for couples (added cost of $100 to total booking)
space for campervans or vehicles with rooftop tents* (no extra cost)
Accommodation options are limited and will be allocated on a first-in, first-served basis, so we recommend registering early if you have particular accommodation needs. (*Please note that campervans and rooftop tents are charged at the same rate as dormitory accommodation.)
What’s included?
The weekend price is all-inclusive, covering:
accommodation
all meals for the weekend
activities and use of the camp facilities
good coffee and various drinks available at all times
Simply put, once you arrive, everything you need for the weekend is covered.
Registration and payment
Registration must be completed online to signal your place and accommodation. Registrations close 1 November.
If registering for more than one person, please ensure you total your registrations together into one payment for your booking, along with any extra accommodation fees.
Payment can be done with registration below, or make your payment separately at a later date. However, full payment must be received by the final payment deadline of 1 November for your registration to be confirmed.

Payment
Please total up your registrations (if booking for more than one person be sure to account together all registrations) with any extra accommodation or dietary fees, and deposit your registration payment to lock in your booking.

Payment can be made directly to our church bank account with the reference “Weekend Out” then please email accounts@centralvineyard.org to signal that you have done so, so it does not get missed amongst other giving.
