This November, we’re getting away for a whole weekend as the Central Vineyard whānau! Our Churchwide Weekend Out at Willow Park Christian Camp is a chance to step out of our usual rhythms and spend some unhurried time with God and with one another. And we’d love you to be part of it.
Theme: Pursuing Jesus, Together
More than anything, we want this weekend to help us finish 2026 with a deeper sense of connection and family across all the ages and stages of Central Vineyard.
It's a chance to share meals, worship together, have fun, make memories, deepen friendships and get to know people we might usually only pass by on a Sunday. Because being a church family is about more than gathering in the same room each week. It's about sharing life together.
Across the weekend there’ll be times of worship and teaching, space to pray and receive ministry, and plenty of room simply to enjoy being together. There’ll be games and activities, good food, downtime to relax, and space to wander down to Eastern Beach or sit around and catch up.
We're also delighted to welcome Scottie Young as our guest speaker for the weekend. Scottie will be sharing with us across the weekend as we make space for Jesus to meet us, encourage us and continue his work of forming us as his people.
Willow Park is close enough to home to make getting there easy, but far enough away to feel like we've genuinely gone somewhere together.
More than anything, we want to make room: room for Jesus, room for one another, and room for the relationships that make us a church family.
And there are now more ways to join us! Our onsite weekend registrations are $195 per person, with dormitory accommodation still available (although our motel and couples rooms are now fully booked). We've also opened up day passes at $55 for one day or $105 for both Saturday and Sunday, all with meals and activities included. Whether you stay the whole weekend or come along for the day, we'd love you to be part of it.

The practical details
Weekend registration and accommodation
Full weekend — $195 per person
For those joining us for the whole weekend, your registration includes accommodation for Friday and Saturday nights, all meals, and access to all our gatherings, activities and camp facilities.
Our motel-style rooms and couples rooms are now fully booked, but there are still options available:
Shared dormitory accommodation: Arranged by gender or allocated to larger families, with no additional cost.
Campervans or vehicles with rooftop tents: Subject to space availability, at the same rate as dormitory accommodation.
NEW: Day passes available!
We know that staying away overnight doesn't work for everyone, so we've now opened up day passes! If you'd love to be part of the weekend but prefer to head home and sleep in your own bed, you're very welcome.
Day passes include all meals served on your registered day, worship and teaching sessions, activities and use of the camp facilities.
Saturday and Sunday combined — $105 per person
Saturday or Sunday only — $55 per person
However you join us, the most important thing is that we get to spend some good time together as a church whānau.
What's included?
We've made the weekend as simple and all-inclusive as possible. Whether you're staying onsite or joining us for the day, your registration covers:
All meals during your registered stay or day
Worship, teaching and ministry sessions
Activities and use of the camp facilities
Good coffee and various drinks available throughout the weekend
For those staying onsite, accommodation is also included.
Simply put, once you arrive, everything you need is covered!
Making it affordable for everyone
We've worked hard to make the weekend as affordable as possible because we'd love as much of Central Vineyard as possible to be part of it.

Registration and payment
Registrations close 1 November.
All registrations, including day passes, need to be completed online to secure your place.
If registering more than one person, please combine your registration fees into one payment for your booking.
Payment can be made when you register or separately at a later date. However, full payment must be received by 1 November for your registration to be confirmed.

Payment
Please total up your registrations (if booking for more than one person be sure to account together all registrations) with any extra accommodation or dietary fees, and deposit your registration payment to lock in your booking.

Payment can be made directly to our church bank account with the reference “Weekend Out” then please email accounts@centralvineyard.org to signal that you have done so, so it does not get missed amongst other giving.
