Liminal;  the space between an end and a beginning.

  1. relating to a transitional or initial stage of a process.

  2. occupying a position at, or on both sides of, a boundary or threshold.

2018 has been a liminal year for many in our community. During Prayer Week we found ourselves journeying through the stages of receiving, letting go of and sharing those promises old and new which God has been giving to us. Now in June we're readdressing our foundations and asking where the Spirit is leading us in this 'threshold' moment. Join us for a one-day semi-silent retreat this July as we give more of ourselves to discovering God in this liminal space. We'll be doing it together, finding ways to let go of what's been and to take up what is to come. To discover love both without and within and to press reset on what has already been a busy and eventful year.

The day will run from 8.30 to 5pm at Tyburn Monestary in the Bombay Hills, Auckland. Registrations will include morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea plus a small koha to the monestary, but for now we're taking expressions of interest. Spaces will be limited this time round so register soon to secure your place.
